Due to widespread upstream provider issues (https://status.telnyx.com/, https://status.twilio.com/), there was increased filtration for outbound SMS and MMS traffic on September 28th. The issue has now been resolved

Update: We've applied a workaround and have seen an immediate, large decrease in errors. We are continuing to monitor the incident at Google and our own logs.
